Speaking Your Way To The Top

Basic tips that dramatically enhance audiences' receptivity of public speakers are the cornerstones of this workshop. Individuals will learn and practice techniques that will increase their effectiveness when speaking one-on-one as well as with small and large groups. The focus will be on providing each speaker with heightened confidence, credibility and charisma.

Participants in this workshop will:
• Improve their impact on audience members
• Refine their professional image
• Understand how their message must be in alignment with their delivery
• Enhance their use of visual aids to supplement their message
• Strategize how to appropriately handle questions and answers

FORMAT
The format involves lectures, discussions and practice sessions. Each participant will do five presentations. All of them are video taped and critiqued in private. As the workshop develops, the level of difficulty for each presentation increases. Each participant receives immediate feedback on how to improve his presentation techniques. The videotape is kept by the participant to review at a later date to reinforce the skills he learned.
