communication styles assessment. Easy to understand and use. Provides
a simple way to determine how to best approach and work with a variety
of individuals.
Values Assessment - A tool
that provides individuals with an in-depth understanding of their
core driving principles. This information provides an understanding
of motivating factors. It is a blueprint for decisions and action
plans.
STRESSMAP - This instrument
provides the individual with a look at the various stressors in
his/her life. It also outlines if the individual is constantly operating
at levels of optimum performance or burnout. Suggestions are provided
to help individuals find a comfortable as well as productive balance
between work and family.
