Background Sketch That Reveals Our History & Accomplishments
Susan C. Gatton
founded, S. C. Gatton & Associates, Inc., in 1985. A Fortune 1000
company that wanted to enhance the insights and skill sets of its
executives approached Susan. After extensive research to determine
the necessary competencies for executive success and interviews
with various chief executive officers and presidents of Fortune
1000 companies, S. C. Gatton & Associates, Inc. began to provide
executive development to companies across the United States.
Susan was formerly
the Southwest Area Manager for the Forum Corporation, an international
leader in training and consulting, and the Manager of Training and
Development for The Fort Worth National Bank. A past president of
the North Texas Speakers Association, Susan is a member of the National
Speakers Association, Organization Development Network and the Institute
of Management Consultants. She is a past board member for the International
Association of Facilitators.

With a Bachelor
of Arts Degree from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts
Degree from Texas Christian University, Susan is also a certified
diagnostician.
Due to Susan's
experience and expertise, she has appeared on television and radio
talk shows. Susan also has been the subject of numerous articles
in major metropolitan newspapers across the United States, including
Chicago, Los Angeles, Detroit, New York, and Dallas.
